Anonymity is not part of petitioning government.

I believe we need to take a stand.
Petition our government to Declassify that very information.

I'm looking at historically- looking to the Constitution itself. THE LAW of this land.
The link states that 'sometimes' and 'typically'. That's not what I'm looking for.

I like it. I really do. It's so simple and a 'template' can be disseminated for its use.
