I agree anon and my suggestion was short sided. The 100K question has to be direct and can't be overly broad or burdensome. I saw anon post to declassify all harm done to the people ( paraphrasing) and that type would not work. The 100k requirement is to get the president to respond to a question/subject. EX: BHO addressed BLM and said "we do not label US citizens as domestic terrorists" when he was asked to address the BLM violence

BHO set up a condition and directive that says if 100K request a response on a subject then the President must respond ( I forgot the time given but it was narrow) You can ask the Government to tell me everything bad they have ever done to anyone. yes I promise! A post card with a signature works! It is not required to be contained in a single piece of paper . The number of signatures must be met and the validity of the people's identity must be met.
