When AF1 flew from Canada to Europe, then on to Singapore, POTUS was not on the plane. It was DJT's double. I assume he has at least one—I sure would, and most world leaders do.

At a later time, POTUS takes another plane and flies west toward Singapore, arriving near Unimak at the correct time for an F-16 to blast the incoming missile with the special weapons package, with part of the destroyed missile being imaged in the Alaska Volcanoes image.
