Cops illegally enter and remain on mans property after being trespassed without a warrant or exigent circumstances, illegally enter garage, illegally detain, illegally disarm (for our safety)
Armed intruders (domestic enemies) refusing to leave when ordered are a threat and that threat should be dealt with appropriately. Our rights ARE NOT OPTIONAL.

Third, Free speech DOES mean we get to be disrespectful and confrontational. As the court said, "freedom of individuals verbally to oppose or challenge police action without thereby risking arrest is a principle characteristic from which we determine a free nation from a police state" and "mere epithets directed at a law enforcement officer, no matter how coarse or profane, do not constitute fighting words and are protected by the First Amendment."
The cops are domestic enemies and they should be treated like domestic enemies. Our rights are not optional, and will not be given up.
