weed is legal in california? so are they enforcing the drug law or the immigration one?
i did not see that this was an illegal grow? If that was the case fine. But if they were so called migrant farmers, why go after the pot people vs the strawberry pickers? Were they just using the drug loophole of federal vs state classification then to go in and do it.
then the entire notion of it being a weed farm does not matter. The kid violations and safety issues are a concern but that seems to be at all these migrant farm places. Why not just come out and say yeah fuck it we need to at the very least make sure these farmers who have been gaining the system and making this problem worse get punished also.
