An Island County (WA) man has been convicted of a FELONY after he refused to wear a mask while watching ballot counting during the 2024 election. His is the first of two cases to go to trial. This comes from reporting by Brandi Kruse.

An official Republican election observer in Island County, Wash. declined to wear a mask while observing ballot counting in the November 2024 election. He was just convicted of a felony for it.

The woke anti-Republican prosecutor @gregbanks charged Tim Hazelo @TNTT_Hazelo with felony unauthorized access. A jury convicted Hazelo this week and he faces up to a year in jail.

The prosecutor has a history of expressing violent hatred for Trump supporters and those who don’t wear masks. He has charged a second Republican election observer, an older woman, with a felony over the same accusation.

This request includes, but is not limited to, all reports, transcripts, summaries, or similar records documenting any interviews of or other conversations with Ms. Giuffre, as well as all records she provided to the FBI. In addition, this request includes, but is not limited to, all records of communication between any official or employee of the FBI and any official or employee of any other federal, state, or local government agency or office regarding or mentioning Ms. Giuffre.

The 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed the jury verdict in E. Jean Carroll's case that found President Trump liable for sexually assaulting her, giving him 90 days to appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court.

In 2023, a Manhattan federal court found Trump liable for sexually abusing and defaming Carroll, and ordered him to pay her $5 million in damages.

On Thursday, the appeals court affirmed the verdict weeks after it rejected Trump's bid to have the full judicial lineup in the circuit rehear his appeal, CNBC reported. In December, a three-judge panel of the circuit court ruled against Trump's appeal of the jury verdict.
