Confirmed: CEO of Weather Modification Company Reveals Cloud Seeding Operations Were Conducted in Texas Just Two Days Before Deadly Flood

The CEO of a weather modification technology company has confirmed that cloud seeding operations took place in Texas just two days before the deadly central Texas flood occurred.

NBC News reported that Augustus Doricko, the CEO of Rainmaker, a weather modification company, said that planes had released silver iodide in the atmosphere in Texas two days prior to the fatal floods that have claimed over 100 lives.

Doricko claims the cloud seeding operations did not cause the flooding in Texas.

Per Bloomberg:

According to Doricko, Rainmaker flew a brief 20-minute cloud seeding mission in south-central Texas last Tuesday, but suspended all operations that same day due to abnormally high moisture content in the air. The two clouds seeded during the Tuesday flight would have dissipated after a few hours and would have had no effect on the floods several days later, he added.

Cloud seeding involves using chemicals, often particles of silver iodide, to trigger the formation of ice crystals or droplets from water that’s already present in a cloud but not being efficiently turned into rain. Though the technique has been studied for decades, it remains difficult to predict the additional rainfall that cloud seeding operations can generate, with estimates ranging widely from 0% to 20%.

What’s clear is that the technique would not have been able to generate the record-breaking rainfall seen in Texas. So much rain fell that the Guadalupe River at Kerrville, one of the epicenters of the floods, rose some 26 feet (8 meters) in less than an hour overnight on Friday.

“Based on the meteorological evidence, the Texas floods were caused by a powerful natural weather system, with thunderstorms fed by very moist air from the warm Gulf of Mexico,” said Andrew Charlton-Perez, professor of meteorology at the University of Reading in the UK.

In a post on X, Doricko shared, “The last seeding mission prior to the July 4th event was during the early afternoon of July 2nd, when a brief cloud seeding mission was flown over the eastern portions of south-central Texas, and two clouds were seeded.”

He added, “The clouds that were seeded on July 2nd dissipated over 24 hours prior to the developing storm complex that would produce the flooding rainfall.”

EPA Director Lee Zeldin Announces He Will Release Everything the EPA Knows About Geoengineering After It Was Revealed Cloud Seeding Occured Two Days Before Texas Floods

Environmental Protection Agency Director Lee Zeldin has announced he will release all the information the EPA has on geoengineering and contrails.

Zeldin’s announcement comes just days after Augustus Doricko, the CEO of Rainmaker, a weather modification company, revealed that planes had released silver iodide in the atmosphere in Texas two days prior to the fatal floods that have claimed over 100 lives.

The EPA Director wrote on X, “The Trump EPA is committed to total transparency.”

He added, “I tasked my team at EPA to compile everything we know about contrails and geoengineering to release to you now publicly. I want you to know EVERYTHING I know about these topics, and without ANY exception!”

The head of the Environmental Protection Agency on Thursday appeared to nod to conspiracy theories that have swirled around recent extreme weather events, directing people to the agency’s website for science-based information on geoengineering and contrails.

In a post on X, EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin said that people “have legitimate questions about contrails and geoengineering, and they deserve straight answers.”

“We’re publishing everything EPA knows about these topics on these websites,” he wrote in a news release Thursday that promised “total transparency with the American public.”

“EPA shares the significant reservations many Americans have when it comes to geoengineering activities,” he said.

United States Secretary of HHS Robert F. Kennedy Jr. responded to Zeldin’s post and wrote, “I’m so proud of my friend Lee Zeldin and President Donald Trump for their commitment to finally shatter the Deep State Omerta regarding the diabolical mass poisoning of our people, our communities, our waterways and farms, and our purple mountains, majesty.”

The United States government has a long history of geoengineering.

In 1946, the U.S. government, along with General Electric, launched the Project Cirrus, which aimed to cloud seed a hurricane.

Decades later, in 1967, the U.S. military launched Operation Popeye, a cloud-seeding operation that created monsoon rains in Vietnam to disrupt the enemy’s movements on the Ho Chi Minh Trail.

Fast forward to today, private companies are conducting cloud seeding operations across the United States.

USAID Quietly Shipped 11,000 Virus Samples to Wuhan Lab Without Formal Agreement or Oversight

The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) quietly funneled thousands of viral samples — including potential ancestors of COVID-19 — to the now-infamous Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) without a formal agreement, documentation, or even a contingency for U.S. access, The Daily Caller reported.

The shocking details, buried in documents obtained through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit by the nonprofit U.S. Right to Know, show USAID shipped 11,000 virus samples from China’s Yunnan Province — home to some of the closest known relatives of the COVID-19 virus — directly to the WIV, the epicenter of the global pandemic.

According to internal sample disposition records obtained by Daily Caller, USAID’s PREDICT program—run by EcoHealth Alliance and University of California-Davis—facilitated the storage and long-term custody of over 11,000 virus-laden samples in Chinese laboratories.

Shockingly, there was no formal partnership agreement with the Chinese labs and no clearly defined safeguards to prevent misuse or diversion of these high-risk biological materials.

Among the documented locations was the now-infamous Wuhan Institute of Virology, where:

• 3,000 human samples, including blood serum and viral transport medium, were being held.

• 6,380 bat samples and 1,671 rodent samples were stored under lock and key.

Many of the viruses stored at the lab in Wuhan may have been sampled with U.S. funding yet remain out of reach for U.S. government entities investigating the origins of COVID.

The samples were set to be preserved for testing – with human samples preserved for 10 years – the documents show. But the documents suggest that requirement was never incorporated into a formal contract with USAID.

The two scientists supervising the samples were: Ben Hu, a virologist at the WIV, who reportedly became sick with COVID-like symptoms in 2019; and Peter Daszak, a scientist who was debarred from federal funding after the U.S. government deemed him a threat to public safety for inadequate oversight of the research in Wuhan.

Hu and Daszak did not reply to requests for comment.

The documents show PREDICT contractors discussing viral samples taken from wildlife and stored in India, Liberia, Malaysia, the Republic of Congo and China. Some of the samples were stored in virus-transport media (VTM), which allows researchers to store live viruses for later use in the lab.

“It’s not rocket science to require a contract and supporting paperwork which establishes a relationship, testing protocol, and chain of custody, when one is sending out lab samples,” said Reuben Guttman, a partner at Guttman, Buschner & Brooks PLLC who specializes in ensuring the integrity of government programs, in an interview with the DCNF. “In any scientific endeavor, you need confidence in your results. That requires paperwork to prove your methodology is sound.”

You may have recently purchased an avocado or an apple with a ‘new’ sticker – APEEL – which represents a new “protective coating.” What exactly is this product protecting? And is your health worth the hit just so your lemons are okay for a few more days?

Once you’ve learned the ABCs of Apeel, you can make a well-informed, health-conscious decision to say “Hell no!”

Edipeel ™ aka Apeel is a layer of processed fatty acids sprayed on the outside of fruits and vegetables post-harvest “to lock in freshness” and prevent them from oxidizing and going rancid.

According to Apeel’s website:

“Apeel keeps produce fresh for longer, thanks to the help of a little extra ‘peel.’ Our plant-based protection slows water loss and oxidation, the primary causes of spoilage… Apeel is composed entirely of purified monoglycerides and diglycerides, edible compounds that can be found in a variety of foods. They are safe to eat as verified by regulatory authorities around the world, including Health Canada, the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and the World Health Organization (WHO). In fact, they are so safe they can be found in products designed for the most sensitive populations, including infant formula and nutrition shakes for the elderly.”

They claim Apeel is fully edible, but maybe that’s because we’ve become accustomed to eating poisons. It’s a crock.

When I tried to suss out the details about what is used to make Apeel, the information on their website and product information sheets was scant, to say the least!

The assurance Apeel gives us is typical mumbo jumbo jargon: “Apeel products do not contain hazardous ingredients that will cause harm to people or the environment within the context of their intended use.”

The Bill Gates company, which was started in 2012, is straight-up lying.

They list monoglycerides and diglycerides. Does anyone remember how horrible TRANS fats are for your health? And that New York City BANNED them from restaurants just a few years ago? Trans fats harden the arteries and can lead to arteriosclerosis. Monoglycerides and diglycerides may contribute to inflammation in the body. Inflammation has been linked to a range of chronic diseases including heart disease, diabetes, and cancer.

Additionally, the manufacturing of this “safe” food additive uses “processing aid residuals,” which are essentially heavy metals like lead, nickel, cadmium, mercury, toxic ash, and arsenic. So when consuming produce coated with Apeel, you are eating highly-processed overt fats, which contain toxic heavy metals. And then, along the way, they add different solvents to help with emulsification. So to me, this seems like a toxic poisoning operation.

Consider that there is no way to remove Apeel. You can’t wash it off. You can’t use other chemicals to get it off. You can’t mechanically rub it off and of course, it seeps into the fruits and vegetables.

And if you want to peel the Apeel, do keep in mind that the peel can drastically increase your nutrient intake as they frequently contain more nutrients than the rest of the fruit and veggies. For example, leaving the peel on a raw apple gives it about 332% more vitamin K, 142% vitamin A, and 115% more vitamin C than the peeled version!

And if you think you will just spring for organic, Apeel can be used on USDA Certified Organic produce. What a true travesty! Furthermore, you may not even know you’re eating Apeel-coated produce. Labeling laws and requirements vary from country to country and state to state. That means the product may or may NOT have the Apeel logo on the produce stickers. You won’t know unless you ask your produce manager. And they likely may not know either.
