There's always someone more worse off than you, keep that in mind.
Image all those feds that signed on the dotted line and cant say nothing anymore, they know too.
At least you're able to have a clear conscience, not keep things a secret and you can relay what needs to be relayed.
The best part will be when you get to have a conversation with others, share some things about whatever's going on, maybe they agree, maybe they dont.
At least you tried and made yourself available to know.
