Planefag update.
There are 10+ civilian choppers (mostly law enforcement) over the great Los Angeles area. (Also they are dealing with fires and there's a couple of news choppers also.) LS has the highest density of choppers used for policing of any metro area in the country. If extractions by chopper occur here, we will be lucky to sort out the signal from the noise.
