This was an operator controlling the drone, likely someone on the Q team, surveilling the Island under the name 'Rusty Shackleford' who posted all the drone footage, many thought it was John McAfee at the time. Nobody has ever come forward and claimed they filmed it, the drone was launched on a nearby island and at the time would have been military grade or able to fly very long distances which most drones can not do, maybe a DJI Matrice 300 RTK.

So anon was looking at Q drops for tomorrow and Q3432 Jul 14, 2019 shows epstein drone footage, so anon was right in the drone being used at the time, the image file that was posted that Q replied to shows DJI_0205 - Copy.JPG

 

I never even paid attention to the image file name at the time, it was definitely a Q operator using a very expensive drone.
