He asks what CC an electric bicycle is while harassing people looking for a spot to park their electric bicycles, and claims the bike rack is illegal. Getting in ANYONEs face like that can be taken as a threat.
I don't hate cops, I hate their criminal actions and that they bully the people while bootlickers worship their false authority.

Retarded cop arrests woman, giving her a countdown like a child, for not allowing them to put a window tint meter on the car.
In case you don't know, a window tint meter is a search, it must go inside your car, therefor no matter what government thugs (cops or judges) claim the law is, a warrant or consent is needed for a tint meter or it's a 4th amendment violation.
All charges dropped because she did nothing illegal, she just stood on her rights and she was arrested for it.
