Bravo, NATO still has their first dime they ever dropped. If they were true allies, they would pay a percentage more towards what they have ripped us off for the last 30 years. We paid trillions into NATO and they paid about 20 cents on the dollar, they should offer to pay double for each weapon until they make up the tens of trillions that they shorted us. It would take a decade or so anyways.
