Whenever you see something "impossible" like that, it is interesting to check the plane's specifications and see what its max altitude, cruising speed, etc. are. I don't know any civilian planes that can fly much above 40,000'. A few of the military planes will fly at 42,000 when they're in a hurry. The drones will fly at 52,000.

 

So in this case we may want to consider the possibility of a data error. Transponder sent inaccurate data, data transmission was corrupted, database error at ADSB, etc.

The system is not error-free.
