ThankQ, I just put up acriticalwarning to the Q Team on this point now for the last day or so. In NY they are busting water mains. But in Texas, it was either one of two things, because a cloud cannot hold 20 inches of rain due to the weight. So either they have released up stream dams or another possibility is that they are using lasers to melt the ice caps in the atmosphere, which would normally cause hale, but probably is more sophisticated now to heat larger areas more evenly. Space Force needs to look into these things. ThankQ for recognizing this, because I believe the expected tornados at the WH and the next day throughout middle America were just that; weather manipulation, but we diverted those in time, thank God literally.
