The claim appears to be unfounded. Ted Kaczynski studied at Harvard University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematics at age 20, and later received his master’s and Ph.D. from the University of Michigan. There is no known connection between Kaczynski and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), where Dr. John G. Trump was a professor.
Dr. John Trump taught at MIT from 1936 to 1973. He was a pioneering physicist known for developing early cancer radiotherapy machines and co-inventing one of the first million-volt X-ray generators. He also played a major role in radar development during World War II. John was the younger brother of Fred Trump Sr., making him Donald Trump's uncle.
