Lesbian Couple Expose 'Gay Babies Section' In Barnes & Noble

“Okay, we’re gay. But we’re in Barnes and Noble and there’s a gay kids book section. And this is crazy,” the couple urged, adding “It’s pushing it. For a baby. This is pushing it.”

My take:

tldr: Book bans are wrong and ineffective. Supporting them is performative virtue signalling. It is the excesses of LGBTQ+++++++ that need to be countered not the people.

1) I don't agree with the trans/woke agenda

2) The authors have a first amendment right to write the books, the publishers to publish them, and B&N to sell them.

3) The first amendment is for speech you don't like, not the speech you do like. It is a creed of the forces I oppose that there is one set of rules for them and a different set for everyone else. I don't like it when they do it, it would be hypocritical for me to advocate for it when it is against them.

4) The fact is kids three and four years old are not buying these books, they are not dragging their parents into B&N to get them. That is the parent's doing and if you stop B&N from selling the books the parents will go get them somewhere else. How long has The Turner Diaries been blacklisted? Yet you can still get it if you want to read it. Yes I have and it is complete crap.

5) The lesbian couple that pointed this out are to be commended. I still don't support gay marriage but I have no animus towards homosexual people. I don't rub my sex life in other people face and have no issue with theirs provided they do the same. Yes I have a problem with pride parades to the extent they do so.

6) Indoctrination is wrong, whether done by woketards, the government, religions or any other "societal" group. Only parents have a right to pass their beliefs on to their kids. To the extent I disagree with those beliefs I can argue with their kids when they become adults.
