Cop pulls man over because "I want to know why you're driving by me with your window down".
Illegal stop, he tries to demand his license before he'll tell him why he stopped him (which is bullshit no matter what the court thinks), then tells him he wants to know why he's driving by with his window down… in other words: No suspicion of any crime or traffic infraction, just a domestic enemy who thinks he's a king and above the law.
They were meant to work the garden, instead they hide from We the People because they're afraid of We the People…. their master.
