The Anti-CBDC bill does not matter. The Federal Reserve was never going to issue the United States CBDC. Ripple, a private corporation, has already issued the United States CBDC [Tokenized United States Dollar] which is RLUSD [Ripple USD]. 1 RLUSD = 1 USD.

It has all the features the institutions want for control. Without a government agency having to issue it.

XRP itself can not be controlled, clawbacked, or frozen. Tokens issued on the XRPL can be controlled, clawbacked, or frozen. RLUSD is issued on XRPL and ETH and has the features institutions want for control.
