Comer isn't going to refer anyone for prosecution.

There is no 'law' around this - as Pardons - are generally not 'reviewable' by the courts.

The best we can hope for us Congress codifies some new rules around signing legal documents, since the Biden traitors skirted the 'generally accepted rules' and did it anyway.

No one with a badge shows up to escort them out - or lock the doors - or disable their access.

But on X - you're talking about "they won't leave"?

Having read through the bill, it's even WORSE than you would think. It is an amnesty bill for illegal aliens and would absolutely blow the door open on legal migration.

 

Thread incoming soon. Salazar should resign from Congress, and any Republican cosponsors should think again.
