We can ABSOLUTELY speak to both police AND who they have pulled over during a traffic stop, like advising them of their rights, it's called FREEDOM OF SPEECH and the Supreme Court was VERY clear that it can not be interference/obstruction, but no one hates our rights more than law enforcement.
