Has anyone connected the above from Q with what Judge Jeanine was saying on show tonight re the need for Prosecutors to build a foundation for evidence to be admissible in court?

I think "building a foundation" is about admissibility of evidence in court. Judge Jeanine and Rudy Giuliani were talking about building a foundation with ref to Cohen tape, Here is a transcript from YT of salient part of convo. 04:07 for two hours it's definitely not
04:09 someone who didn't intend to deceive as
04:11 Lanny Davis falsely said well in
04:13 addition to that is lying but that's

04:17 in order for the government to admit
04:19 something into court they've got to show
04:22 its continuing custody and the
04:24 no changes additions or deletions have
04:26 been made if they cannot prove that
04:28 there are no deletions or changes and we

04:35 leaked to CNN and do you have any idea

04:45 Haberman who got the story to her credit

04:51 could come from Cohen and Lanny Davis
04:53 and people wondered well why don't they
04:55 put it out this is harmful to to to
04:59 Cohen I think they put it out because
05:01 they wanted the doctored version obscure
05:04 wherever else might be on that day which
05:06 will be very I'm sure it'll be good for
05:08 us that I think is lost to us it was
05:10 never recorded in the first place
05:12 I was hoping he had possibly erased it
05:14 and we could maybe recover it but it was
05:17 never it was never recorded in the first
