Just as I suspected, they are targeting him with radiation. He also had a fungi on his hand that I am sure came from someone shaking his hand. I hope he heard my solution to that the other day because it was a bio-weapon. I have a remedy for his leg swelling because we are targeted too on a regular basis. He needs lymphatic massages and specialized stretches. No matter how cramped, swollen, or immovable parts of his legs are, you can still return to the flexibility of your youth at any age, and do not let anyone tell you otherwise.
