>Andy Gamberzky(not Swalwell)
Anon OP is correcting the record and apologizing to Rep. Luna and her husband for misidentifying her husband, Andrew Gamberzky, a retired U.S. Air Force combat controller who, for a time, was part of the 23rd Special Tactics Squadron, as Rep Swalwell.Mea Culpa, Sir!
So, it was Rep. Luna and her husband who flanked President Trump in the X post where she said they were working overtime behind the scenes…. HMMMM…
Moar… (if cited sources are accurate)…
Who is Anna Paulina Luna’s husband?
Representative Anna Paulina Luna is married to Andrew Gamberzky, a U.S. Air Force combat controller. The couple wed in 2011 and welcomed their first child, a son, on August 27, 2023.
Andrew Gamberzky enlisted in the Air Force in 2009 and joined the 23rd Special Tactics Squadron in 2011. He served in combat zones and received both the Bronze Star and Purple Heart for his military service.
Anna Paulina Luna met Andrew Gamberzky while serving in the U.S. Air Force, where she worked as an airfield management specialist from 2009 to 2014. Gamberzky was a combat controller assigned to the 23rd Special Tactics Squadron in Florida after earning his beret in 2011.
The couple married in 2011 and lived in Florida, later relocating to Portland when Luna joined the Oregon Air National Guard to serve alongside Gamberzky. In 2023, they had their first child. That October, they co-authored a children’s book titled The Legend of Naranja, published by Brave Books.
In 2021, Gamberzky requested a religious exemption from the COVID-19 vaccine mandate, citing his Christian faith and concerns over vaccine research involving fetal material. He later resigned from the military and is now suing the Department of Defense, Air Force, National Guard, and Oregon Military Department for lost wages, benefits, and medical costs.
According to court filings, Luna and Gamberzky claim the mandate led to financial and healthcare losses, including out-of-pocket costs for Luna’s “ongoing medical treatments” (via Muck Rock). Luna stated in an interview with Washington Examiner, “It seems like they were trying to essentially basically destroy Andy’s career.” Their lawsuit challenges the vaccine mandate’s impact on religious freedom and service member rights.

"[Gamberzky] wasone of roughly 17,000 service members who refused the vaccine.More than 2 million other service members, and nearly 350,000 Defense Department civilian employees, were vaccinated."
