Left-wing organizations linked financially to Alex and George Soros’s Open Society Foundations have filed a lawsuit to ban Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents from arresting illegal aliens at courthouses.
This week, the Refugee and Immigrant Center for Legal Education and Services, National Immigrant Justice Center, Democracy Forward, and the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights of the San Francisco Bay Area filed a lawsuit to that seeks to preliminarily enjoin ICE from making arrests of illegal aliens inside courthouses — often the safest environment for agents to take custody of some of the most violent offenders.
Democracy Forward partners with several left-wing organizations, including the Center for American Progress, which receives millions in funding from Soros’s Open Society Foundations every year.
In 2023 alone the Open Society Foundations threw $5.7 million at the Center for American Progress.
Similarly, the National Immigrant Justice Center received a combined $400,000 from Soros’s Open Society Foundations in 2021 and 2019.

“We’re not doing this just to let people have food and shelter, although they do get that,” DeSantis continued, emphasizing that all the minimum standards are upheld.
“But the reality is it’s there to be a quick processing center so that they can — we have a runway right there, they can just be flown back to their home country. So that is the purpose of why we’re doing it. And as that fills, once there’s a demand, then we would be able to go for Camp Blanding,” he said.

ODNI Tulsi Gabbard released newly declassified presidential briefing revealing Barack Obama knew the Trump-Russia collusion narrative was a hoax.
It was recently reported that former FBI Director James Comey, CIA Director John Brennan, and DNI James Clapper worked together to purposely corrupt the Trump-Russia investigation in 2016 before Trump entered office.
On Friday it was revealed that Barack Obama knew it was a hoax and he was involved in manufacturing and politicizing the intelligence to create the Trump-Russia collusion canard.
The Obama Administration knew that Russia did not interfere with the 2016 election, but they pushed the hoax through their friends in the fake news media.“We assess that foreign adversaries did not use cyber attacks on election infrastructure to alter the US Presidential election outcome this year. We have no evidence of cyber manipulation of election infrastructure intended to alter results,” the report said.
“We assess that Russian and criminal actors did not impact recent US election results by conducting malicious cyber activities against election infrastructure,” the report said.
Obama, Brennan, Comey, Clapper, Susan Rice, Joe Biden and other Deep Staters were all in on this hoax.
Tulsi called for prosecutions and sent the newly declassified documents to the Justice Department.
“These documents detail a treasonous conspiracy by officials at the highest levels of the Obama White House to subvert the will of the American people and try to usurp the President from fulfilling his mandate,” Tulsi Gabbard said.

Trump’s DOJ Proposes Rule to Restore Gun Rights for Non-Violent Americans Barred from Firearm Ownership
President Donald Trump has directed the Department of Justice to propose a rule that will create an avenue to restore gun rights for certain Americans barred from firearm ownership.
In a press release, the DOJ said the rule would address the “ongoing infringements of the Second Amendment rights of our citizens—all of them.”
“Federal law disables the firearms rights of many citizens who have been convicted of crimes without regard to whether they actually pose a threat of violence,” the DOJ said. “But federal law also empowers the Attorney General to restore Second Amendment rights to individuals who are not ‘likely to act in a manner dangerous to public safety.'”
The proposed rule will provide many citizens with an avenue to restore their gun rights, while keeping firearms out of the hands of dangerous criminals and illegal aliens.
“For too long, countless Americans with criminal histories have been permanently disenfranchised from exercising the right to keep and bear arms—a right every bit as constitutionally enshrined as the right to vote, the right to free speech, and the right to free exercise of religion—irrespective of whether they actually pose a threat,” said Attorney General Pamela Bondi. “No longer.”
