Domestic enemy doesn't like man exercising his right to record a scene, so he tries to order him to leave under threat of arrest claiming he's violating the law for being on a limited access roadway on foot, except he's not, he's in the dirt on the other side of the guard rail, and he is lawfully entitled to record police there. They just HATE our rights and make up bullshit to try to intimidate and force people into obeying their will.

But that's not a law, the ACTUAL LAW is we have the RIGHT to record their personal vehicles, and what they want or think we have a reason for means fuck all to our rights.
