I like your idea about making the petition in such a way that even the D's would get on board.
Coming up with a nice title would be half the battle.
But I don't agree with collecting signatures in person.
Online is the only way this makes sense to me.
In person might work too, but I can't help there.
We can get 100,000 without their algo's helping us.
If the petition is good, and it's actually the right next step to take (unsure) we can easily get to 100,000
