You know thinking about this, a sub would not really be difficult to gain access to if it was in dry dock and someone with a clearance was granted access. Someone with CIA credentials could definitely be allowed onto the sub if they produced some smokescreen type bullshit paperwork for inspection. If the missile came from a sub that would mean either internal breach, outside actor breach or hack. Hack would mean China very likely and if China hacked our sub and launched a missile at POTUS they would have been nuked into next fucking year by now, same with anyone else which should tell us that this breach came internally… which likely means inside actor boarded and accessed control.
