If we follow Comey's tweets/instagram posts he was in Canada on 5 Jun and then he surfaced for a tweet on the 10th of Jun (missile day) and then reappeared on the 14th in Iowa.
His Canada picture shows him here (attached), no idea where that is but given the location of the launch it may be worth it to look into if Canada has any stations on the US/Canada border with a history of working with the FBI recently.
