What if it is now possible to inject someone with nanotechnology so other people can see what see and hear what you say in 4k and are able to communicate with you (ghost in the shell like)+ reading your mind + sat tech + all the data from goolag and fakebook.
There is the possibility of creating the perfect spy, but what if (((they))) can hack into that and use that tech against you creating a schizophrenic traumatic events in your head and manipulate your environment because they always know where you are and know what you think.
A true nightmare.
Some one more gifted than I am should write a Sci-Fi novel about it.
