At the restaurant, you're probably not going to get the saliva blue corn tamales (Someviki) made the traditional way by the mothers of the whatever clan you are part of.

Doing this increases the Herd Immunity of the family and the clan, and the Hopi tribe overall.

I don't remember "tortillas" really (but I am sure the Hopis do make or buy them for personal use). Usually, what I found in the villages was either Someviki (which is more of a corn tamale, of which Hopis will mix some sugar in with it…it's like candy!) or Piki Bread (which is a mixture of Blue Corn meal mixed with cedar ashes and water and spread as a thin batter on a Piki Stone). Piki Bread is like a very thin crepe that is rolled in the shape of a burrito (no fillings) when it is still hot. When it cools, it becomes very crispy like corn flakes.
