Why do I get the feeling that CONGRESS has turned into one big "Children's DAYCARE Center"…just watch them, they have all turned into a bunch of walking/talking adult diaper wearing toddlers, and they have no problem throwing tatrums anytime they don't get their way…They have gone "Emotional"!!!
