This is from my area and I know about these guys pretty well.
They started out hiring Cal Poly students only.
So you got big, strong and smart young men you could rely on, to handle your household goods.
It was to have customers assured they would not be stealing, breaking, etc. That they had muscles and the ability to think, when you trusted them to move you. Also, it gave students jobs that really needed to work.
It was all a win win.
Well, it's Cal Poly. Mostly all white guys. They started the business before diversity showed up on campus. That was the problem.
Smart white, strong, young men got the jobs.
Can't have white men getting the jobs.
It is sickening, wrong and I hope the state will be "brought to heal"
If there isn't a go fund me for this business, there should be. They are one of the county's most trusted (IMO)
