First thing: collecting garbage is a necessity for a civlized society and someone has to do it.
Cleanliness is one realm where ancient Rome EXCELLED.
Second thing: I am against political correctness, but there is no reason to insinuate that all black people are "niggers".
Also, I personally know upstanding citizens who have collected garbage, and I think all of us would benefit if we cultivated the idea that doing hard and necessary jobs is admirable and can cultivate virtue and does not necessitate the importation of indentured servants.
