Wormwood drops
Digestive enzymes
NAC
Low FODMAP diet
Week fasts.
Wormwood drops/bitters - once a month, Monday, through Friday, one drop morning, one drop night. Basically, the equivalent of a monthly heartworm tablet for a dog.
Digestive enzymes - one in morning.
NAC - one in morning.
Low FODMAP diet - research this. My culprit is chicory root fiber, which also goes by the sneaky name of inulin. Read every label. If you keep a food diary, you can narrow down what’s causing you issues and avoid that.
Week fasts - every 4 to 6 weeks I do a week long fast, sometimes only four days. My diet temporarily consists of high fat, low carb, low protein. It clears my mind, and seems to reset my digestive system. It’s definitely not something you want to do long-term because it does cause muscle loss.
