There is an easy way to monitor, here: http:// ch2.ma.cx/www.html . Basically, pink bars = a-ok, white bars=no new posts to the whole network, which means it is down due to DDoS. This happened way back in GamerGate, some anti-GG faggots ordered some DDoS-hours from Lizard Squad.
