The codes being posted in the last few threads, are those to unlock the wikileaks insurance files?

Where are the insurance files currently hosted and could someone provide a link to obtain the encrypted volumes?

I attempted to download a torrent of one of them back in 2016 and it inexplicably lead to a complete hard-drive failure (might be unrelated but it effectively nuked my capability to obtain the volume and by the time I replaced everything and had my system back up I had moved on).
