People never get it. "The world's darkness" is how the game of power doesn't actually directly relate to reality unless enough people MAKE it relate, and there are some terribly powerful people who are deeply invested in backroom deals that make following reality impossible. This is the Christian's victory over evil, when the general population itself refuses to accept state mandated sin, those evil people lose nearly all of their power (and good people are GREATLY empowered). So I set out to show the world how the game of power is broken by dragging it out into the light of day kicking and screaming.

As I learn more about how this world works, I've been learning that it's actually very hard to wear a mask, and that's actually taking up a huge portion of people's "psychic energy" so I kind of just stopped caring, and now I'm actually developing into the physical form which matches my namesake.
