Page 17 of the declassified House intelligence committee report is wild. It reveals that Russia had huge amounts of potential anti-Clinton dirt that it sat on in the final days of the 2016 campaign. It included:
-Internal claims that Hillary was on “heavy tranquilizers” and suffering "instensified psycho-emotional problems."
-Evidence of severe health ailments like type 2 diabetes and ischemic heart disease.
-Internal DNC comms that Obama and others found Hillary’s health “extraordinarily alarming.”
-Evidence of secret meetings with religious leaders where Clinton offered "signficant increases in funding" from the State Department in return for their support.
-Internal Democrat admissions that European allies were unenthusiastic about a Clinton presidency and thought she was not up to the job of head of state.

A newly declassified intelligence report claims that Russia had obtained internal Democratic National Committee (DNC) information indicating that party leaders and then-President Barack Obama viewed Hillary Clinton’s health condition during the 2016 election as “extraordinarily alarming.”
The report, first obtained by Fox News, was originally prepared in 2020 by the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, following an investigation launched by then-Chairman Rep. Devin Nunes (R-Calif.). At the time, Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) had taken over as committee chair. The document was never made public until now and had remained classified within the U.S. intelligence community.
Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard declassified the report, which was kept in a restricted vault at CIA headquarters. Portions of the report remain redacted.
“As of September 2016, the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service had DNC information that President Obama and Party leaders found the state of Secretary Clinton’s health to be ‘extraordinarily alarming,’ and felt it could have ‘serious negative impact’ on her election prospects,” the report states. “Her health information was being kept in ‘strictest secrecy’ and even close advisors were not being fully informed.”
Another section of the document alleges that Russian intelligence had obtained DNC communications showing Clinton “was suffering from ‘intensified psycho-emotional problems, including uncontrolled fits of anger, aggression, and cheerfulness,’” and that she was “placed on a daily regimen of ‘heavy tranquilizers.’”
The report also claims Clinton suffered from several medical conditions, including “Type 2 diabetes, Ischemic heart disease, deep vein thrombosis, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.”
According to the report, Russia also allegedly possessed an internal Clinton campaign email describing a plan “approved by Secretary Clinton” to link Russian President Vladimir Putin and hackers to Donald Trump in order to “distract the American public” from the controversy over her private email server.
During a White House press briefing, Gabbard referenced these claims, stating there were “high level DNC emails that detailed evidence of Hillary’s, quote, psycho-emotional problems, uncontrolled fits of anger, aggression and cheerfulness, and that then Secretary Clinton was allegedly on a daily regimen of heavy tranquilizers.”
Gabbard further accused the intelligence community and former CIA Director John Brennan of misrepresenting the intelligence. “Then CIA Director Brennan and the intelligence community mischaracterized intelligence and relied on dubious, substandard sources to create a contrived false narrative that Putin developed a, quote unquote, ‘clear preference’ for Trump,” she said.
“Brennan and the IC misled lawmakers by referencing the debunked Steele dossier to assess, quote unquote, ‘Russia’s plans and intentions,’ falsely suggesting that this dossier had intelligence value when he knew that it was discredited,” Gabbard continued.
She argued that the intelligence community excluded contradictory information and misled Congress. “Key findings on Putin’s alleged support for Trump, including this intelligence reporting, would have exposed the ICA’s claim as implausible, if not ridiculous,” she said.
The U.S. intelligence community, according to the report, did not have direct evidence showing Putin sought to aid Trump’s 2016 campaign. However, it allegedly produced “potentially biased” assessments under what the report describes as “unusual” direction from President Obama.
