Couple of days ago, Anons were considering if Rosatom is selling uranium back to US nuclear energy company Exelon, which if true would create the possibility of pic related.

The EAM and Skyking messages are code. Nobody knows what they mean unless they have the code book. They are secret military comms. The actual text they choose for the code has no significance whatsoever except for being recognizable in radio transmissions and being in the code book. You should not read anything into it other than that a message has been transmitted, at a certain time, and how that compares with other dates/times that messages have been transmitted. You can't read anything more into it than that.
We read that the SKYKING messages are addressed specifically to US nuclear forces, whereas the EAM non-skyking messages are to all US military forces.
