Either way, cameras captured the stunned look Hillary Clinton had on her face as she toured a senior apartment building in East Harlem on Friday.

Another photo tweeted by NY1’s Josh Robin showed an equally grim-faced Clinton making her way through the living room.
Hillary vowed as president, she would fix the conditions these New Yorkers are living in — with higher spending, of course.
“I will do everything I can as your president to remember what needs to be done here in the city that I love, that is the greatest city in the world,” she said to residents after the tour.
