Man Gets Punched in the Face Repeatedly During a "Welfare Check"
The man was charged with 4 counts of "obstruction" even though he wasn't under arrest. He is passively resisting, not a threat.
Remember, we have a RIGHT to use force to resist unlawful arrest. The right was in common law long before this nation existed, and recognized long after. It is not explicitly enumerated in the constitution but does not need to be (9th amendment), is covered under your 4th amendment right to be secure in your person, and was recognized as a right by the US Supreme Court long ago, therefor it is reserved and retained by We the People. Some places have tried to criminalize defending yourself from unlawful arrest by statute, but a right can not be removed by statute. We the People reserve and retain our rights.
Every domestic enemy cop there should be in prison.
