I appreciate Jim's constant optimism and hope about the country and what's been built here where you can actually exercise your freedom of speech no matter what.
As for me I have ran out of optimism and I am always expecting the business as usual of politics in DC to change.
I hope this country changes for the better and has a realistic lasting greatness that when you're in real life these changes of greatest are permanent and not dependent on what candidate you have in the white house.
So sick of the back and fourth politics where every four years things flip and change.
Its a fixed constitutional republic and that should never change, socially, or economically, in a republic things should only get better over time not worse.
