A new judge has been assigned to the 9/11 case ahead of the 24th anniversary of the attacks. Air Force Lt. Col. Michael Schrama is based in Virginia, has two years experience on the bench and likely has four years until he is eligible to retire.

 

Lt. Col. Michael Schrama is the fifth judge in the case. He was playing college football during the year of the Sept. 11 attacks.
