The whole medical system is in need of actual reform. Hospitals have what 3 tiomes more administrators than 30 years ago? Meanwhile they understaff large emergency rooms with not enough doctors, nurses, and techs. 6 hour, 10 hours waits in big cities sometimes unless you are dying. Hospitals get caught illegally fixing nurses wages with other local hospitals and no one goes to jail. My insurance company just sent me a survey they want me to fill out because I got physical therapy for a second issue in one year (they dont want to pay it despite getting 40k a year paid for my insurance). Its in need of actual sane reform and laws.
