It would make no sense to for Trump to know who Q is for deniability reasons.
I do know a few that have Q Clearance, and these are people that function behind the scenes and would never reveal secrets and have names you would never recognize. You do not get to that level if you cannot be 100% trustworthy.
It could be that a shit post that nobody pays any attention to, could be where the post ID is used to let other team members identify other team members. Hidden in plain sight.
