We need to open an investigation into corruption at DARPA and other research agencies. These agencies are clearly no longer doing any meaningful work to advance the state of the art and their sole function seems to be to enrich defense contractors. Private citizens and their ideas for how the state of the art might be advanced are not permitted to submit their ideas or to be rewarded for them.
