Kentucky State Cop Gets Furious Being Called Out For Lying… Claimed he smelled weed but didn't find shit.
They always claim they smell weed to get around your 4th amendment right, and the court knew damn well they were violating the constitution when they RULED that something 100% subjective, the smell of a plant, was enough to give probable cause for a search. The very idea of such is beyond laughable, our founders would laugh them out of the country if they didn't hang them first.
The thing is though, just because the government court said it was constitutional and they could violate the limits we placed on government, doesn't mean it was constitutional and they could violate the limits we placed on government, and it doesn't mean the peoples rights weren't violated. Cops may have escaped the law with the help of the domestic enemy teachers of the law in robes who love the seat of honor….but there's no escaping God.
