A ‘hostile’ alien spacecraft might try to attack Earth in November, according to a controversial new study.
The group of scientists believe a strange intergalactic object may be a possible threat.
In their draft paper, they suggest the object, known as 3I/ATLAS, could be a piece of alien technology that might strike Earth unexpectedly.
According to the researchers, the object’s path makes it easier for an intelligent spacecraft to come near Earth without drawing attention.
But what exactly is this object? Should you be worried?

What is the ‘hostile’ alien spacecraft?
According to the scientists, a rare interstellar object, the third ever spotted, is speeding through our Solar System at an extremely high velocity.
Called 3I/ATLAS, the object was first detected on July 1 as it moved towards the Sun at more than 130,000 mph, Live Science reported.
Within a day, it was confirmed to be an interstellar visitor. Early observations indicated it might be a comet roughly 15 miles wide, bigger than the Manhattan region in New York City.
The newly identified ‘interstellar invader’ 3I/ATLAS contains large amounts of water ice.
Scientists believe this water may have been trapped inside the object for as long as seven billion years, making it older than the solar system itself, Space.com reported.
The team also detected a mix of organic molecules, silicates, and carbon-based minerals on 3I/ATLAS.
These features suggest the object shares similarities with asteroids located on the outer edge of the solar system’s main asteroid belt, between Mars and Jupiter.

However, the researchers behind the new study proposed that the object may not be a comet at all, but instead a form of alien surveillance equipment disguised as a natural body.
One of the researchers, Avi Loeb, a Harvard astrophysicist known for connecting unusual space objects to possible alien life, had earlier suggested that ʻOumuamua, the interstellar object seen in 2017, could have been an artificial probe sent by an alien civilisation, due to its strange shape and unexplained acceleration.
In this new paper, Loeb teamed up with Adam Hibberd and Adam Crowl from the Initiative for Interstellar Studies in London to argue that 3I/ATLAS may also have an alien origin, based on its path through space.
The three researchers pointed out that its higher speed, which is much faster than ʻOumuamua and other similar objects, and its unusual entry angle into the Solar System may provide “various benefits to an extraterrestrial intelligence,” Loeb explained in a blog post.
Should you be worried?
According to Loeb, 3I/ATLAS will pass close to Mars, Jupiter and Venus, which he suggests could give aliens a chance to place surveillance ‘gadgets’ on those planets quietly.
When the object reaches its closest point to the Sun in late November, it will no longer be visible from Earth.
“This could be intentional to avoid detailed observations from Earth-based telescopes when the object is brightest or when gadgets are sent to Earth from that hidden vantage point,” Loeb said.
He added that if the object turns out to be a “technological artefact,” it might support the dark forest theory. This idea suggests alien life stays hidden to avoid detection, either to protect itself or to remain unnoticed by others.
Loeb has cautioned that if this theory is correct, a possible attack cannot be ruled out, and “defensive measures” might be needed.
However, there is a catch: 3I/ATLAS is moving too quickly for any spacecraft from Earth to reach it before it leaves the Solar System.
Other scientists remain unconvinced by the alien theory. Many believe 3I/ATLAS is simply a comet.
Samantha Lawler, an astronomer from the University of Regina in Canada who studies the motion of objects in the Solar System, told Live Science, “All evidence points to this being an ordinary comet that was ejected from another solar system, just as countless billions of comets have been ejected from our own solar system.”
Even Loeb acknowledged in his blog post that his alien probe idea might be unlikely: “By far, the most likely outcome will be that 3I/ATLAS is a completely natural interstellar object, probably a comet.”
The researchers also urged readers not to take the paper as final, adding that it has not yet been reviewed by other scientists.
Some critics have gone further, calling the study an insult to serious scientific work, pointing out that there is strong evidence suggesting 3I/ATLAS is not a sign of alien contact, The New York Post reported.

An eyewitness to the supposed crash-landing of a UFO in a small Pennsylvania town nearly 60 years ago now claims investigators have made new, startling discoveries about the incident.
On December 9, 1965, people in seven US states and Canada reported seeing a giant fiery object lighting up the night sky.
Ronnie Strubel, 82, lived in Greensburg, Pennsylvania, at the time and described it as a 'fireball with a red rooster tail behind it'.
Contrary to more recent reports where witnesses claim UFOs they saw were unnaturally quick, Strubel told Daily Mail the object he saw was moving about as fast as a commercial airplane.
Then, he said, it came down in a wooded area in the unincorporated town of Kecksburg, which lies in Westmoreland County.
'It only took like 15 or 20 minutes for us to get out to the site, and the military was already there,' he said.
But in the decades since, this strange event likely seen by thousands of people has largely been erased from the collective memory.
That is, until the History Channel aired a documentary on the subject earlier this month, where a mix of experts used modern technology to uncover what may have happened all those years ago in Kecksburg.
The 42-minute long episode, titled 'Pennsylvania's Roswell', was part of reality TV series Beyond Skinwalker Ranch, a show that focuses on sites around the country where there has been supposed paranormal activity.
Strubel and another local, Bill Weaver, were featured in the episode. During a shot near the crash site, Strubel told the same story, but Weaver added some more context about the government response.
'The police and the military, they were all over the place. And there were guys out there in dark suits. They were the ones that seemed to be in charge,' Weaver said.
'While we were standing there watching what was going on, the state police and the military came up to us and they told us, "If you don't move, we're going to confiscate your car." And I figured I better move,' he added.
Hosts Andy Bustamante, an ex-CIA officer, and Paul Beban, an award-winning journalist, unpacked much of the lore surrounding the UFO sighting and crash.
This included the persisting claim from longtime residents that the object they saw was shaped like an acorn.
An acorn-like model of the alleged UFO has been sitting outside the Kecksburg Volunteer Fire Station since the 1990, when it was created as a prop for the NBC show 'Unsolved Mysteries.'
They also discussed many of the explanations that were thrown out by the federal government in the days, months and years after the incident.
Very early reports quoted astronomers claiming it was merely a meteor, but this didn't hold much credibility because of the unprecedented military presence documented by witnesses and local media.
NASA still maintains that it was likely a meteor, but also acknowledges speculation that it could have been Soviet satellite.

Beban said the strangest thing about the case was that it got plenty of media attention at the time before it 'faded from view' under 'a cloak of secrecy'.
Bustamante and Beban turned to the expertise of technologist Pete Kelsey in hopes that he would be able to uncover the exact site of the UFO crash.
Kelsey used LiDAR (Light Detection and Ranging) imaging from a drone and slam scanner to get a topographic map of the ground, which would reveal possible impact points.
Later, the team gathered to look at the results of the scan and found what Kelsey called a patch of 'man-made earth work'.
'It's level against this otherwise very steep slope. Straight lines, right angles. Those kinds of things do not occur in nature,' he said.
They then returned to that exact spot with handheld spectrum analyzers to measure the radio waves.
The alleged crash site had a vastly different radio signature than a spot just 20 feet away, which had a flat frequency.
'This doesn't make any sense. How is there a radio signal in one place that doesn't exist just a few feet away? That's not how radio energy works,' Bustamante said.
'We're getting even more evidence that suggests that there really was something strange that happened on this spot, in this ravine, in Kecksburg,' he added. 'We might have actually found the real crash site.'
Strubel revealed these findings at this past weekend's 20th annual Kecksburg UFO Festival, an event he founded with permission from the fire department in 2005.
Strubel himself is a 50-year veteran of the Kecksburg Volunteer Fire Department, once serving as chief.
The three-day festival routinely attracts thousands of visitors from all over the United States and the world as a whole, he told Daily Mail.
'We've had people from Japan, from Germany, from England with this little town event that we have,' he said.
The first two days of the festival were not solely dedicated to the extraterrestrial, with attendees enjoying a cornhole competition, a parade, fireworks and even a hotdog eating contest.
'Years ago, we used to have a street fair, and that went to the wayside. And this was our idea for some kind of event to draw a little bit of money into the community. So we started the UFO Fest,' Strubel said.
It remains unclear what truly happened in Kecksburg six decades ago, but the mythos surrounding the UFO crash is clearly buoying the area to this day.

UFO expert on drone creep from Mexico: ‘A normal escalation’

Fears that crime cartels in Mexico may be invading the U.S. via fleets of surreptitious drones are probably overblown at this point, an expert on aerial phenomena says.
But former Pentagon insider and UFO researcher Luis Elizondo warns that federal officials must keep a close watch as drones become increasingly weaponized.
“This administration really needs to pay attention right now to the drone threat, especially along the southern border,” he told “CUOMO” on Friday.
Steven Willoughby, deputy director of the Department of Homeland Security’s counter-drone program, this week told a Senate panel that more than 300 Mexican drones typically come within 500 meters of the U.S. border each day.
Authorities believe transnational criminal organizations are using the remote-controlled devices to surveil U.S. law enforcement and find weak spots for smuggling.
Elizondo says cartels have long exploited emerging technology to penetrate border security, such as when organized drug criminals in the Amazon built submarines in an attempt to invade U.S. territorial waters.
“This is a normal escalation,” he said. “We should not be surprised at all with the proliferation of drone technology, that the cartels now in Mexico are using this technology to their advantage.”
Criminals have used drones to lethal effect in Mexico. Elizondo said such a development on the U.S. side of the border would not be a “far stretch.”

‘Resident Alien’ canceled at USA Network in shocking move ahead of Season 4 finale

It’s a close encounter of the canceled kind.
Syfy and USA Network have pulled the plug on “Resident Alien” just ahead of its Season 4 finale, series creator and showrunner Chris Sheridan revealed to TV Insider on Thursday.
The sci-fi comedy follows an alien disguised as a small-town doctor trying to navigate human life while hiding his true identity. It is currently airing its fourth season, which premiered on June 6 and is set to conclude on August 8.
While the cancellation may come as a shock to the show’s most devoted fans, Sheridan, 57, admitted he wasn’t entirely caught off guard.
“I knew going into it that this was likely going to be our final season,” he told the outlet.
In fact, Sheridan said that knowing the show was headed for cancellation actually allowed him to work toward tying things up nicely for viewers.
“Creatively, that was exciting because I knew we could spend the time wrapping up some storylines and driving toward an ending,” he said.
“I’m so proud of how good Season 4 is and especially proud that we were able to finish as strongly as we did.” Sheridan added that the Season 4 finale, now serving as the series finale, is “probably [his] favorite episode of the series.”
“Resident Alien,” based on Peter Hogan and Steve Parkhouse’s comic book of the same title, stars Alan Tudyk, Sara Tomko and Corey Reynolds — each of whom took to social media to react to the news.
Tudyk, 54, who plays the titular alien in human form, Harry Vanderspeigle, wrote on Threads: “It was a hell of a fun playground to play in. Laughter through the tears:))).”
Tomko, who portrays Asta Twelvetrees, a nurse in the show’s fictional town of Patience, Colorado, shared on Instagram that “it will take time for [her] to process and digest this fully.”
The “Once Upon a Time” actress, 41, posted a carousel of photos with her castmates from the set, noting that she “will definitely be sharing BTS photos of [their] many years together in time.” “For now, I can say with a full heart that this show changed my life completely,” Tomko’s caption read.
“Every season we were told how lucky we were to still have a job, and I can say with full certainty that luck had nothing to do with it because this cast, our chemistry, our crew, our circumstances, our strength was always held up by an incredible team of writers, producers and our ever-growing fans whose unwavering loyalty kept us enduring.”

“But, if there is an upside here, it’s that we were somewhat prepared for this, so you, the fans, will still get a completely story. A beginning. A middle. And an end.”
Both Tomko and Reynolds wrapped up their posts by teasing that the final three episodes will deliver.

A Marine stationed at California’s 29 Palms base has broken his silence about a UFO encounter that occurred during the famous 1997 Phoenix Lights incident, adding military credibility to research suggesting these phenomena may be spiritual rather than extraterrestrial in nature.
New UFO whistleblower Roderick Castle recently contacted prominent whistleblower David Grusch and met with Congressman Eric Burlison to share his extraordinary testimony from that pivotal night in UFO history.
Roderick Castle’s encounter took place on March 13, 1997, while he and his team were conducting overnight crash retrieval duties at the Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center at 29 Palms, which covers over 1,100 square miles of California high desert.
According to Castle’s account, shared through researcher Stephen Diener, the team witnessed a 300-foot equilateral triangular craft hovering 150–200 feet above the desert terrain.
More disturbing than the craft itself were the unmarked black tactical vehicles and heavily armed personnel in black uniforms who detained Castle’s team at gunpoint, despite being on U.S. soil.
The craft emitted no detectable sound, had no obvious exhaust ports, and departed at extremely high speed after approximately two minutes.
What makes Castle’s testimony particularly significant is how it aligns with decades of research conducted by Gary Bates of Creation Ministries International, who spent 25 years investigating alien abduction cases.
Bates discovered a phenomenon researchers call Classic Abduction Syndrome, which follows predictable stages: initial capture with missing time, hypnotic regression revealing medical examinations aboard spacecraft, encounters with beings delivering religious messages, and return with suppressed memories. Most notably, experiencers consistently report anti-Christian messaging, being told that Jesus was an advanced extraterrestrial and that traditional Christianity must be abandoned for universal spirituality.
The most compelling evidence comes from secular sources within the UFO research community itself.
MUFON investigators Joe Jordan and Wes Clark, studying abduction cases in Florida, discovered an unusual pattern: Christians appeared exempt from abduction experiences.
Their investigation revealed over 400 documented cases where invoking Jesus’s name immediately ended these encounters.
One experiencer, known as Bill, described being paralyzed and tortured by entities until he called out “Jesus, help me,” at which point he heard the entities “squeal in pain” and the experience stopped instantly.
When Jordan shared these findings with other MUFON researchers, their dismissive response was telling: “Yeah, we already know that. So aliens don’t like Christians. Big deal.”

This pattern extends far beyond modern UFO encounters. Professor Diana Pasulka of the University of North Carolina Wilmington made a startling discovery while researching Catholic history in thousand-year-old archives.
She found consistent reports of aerial phenomena from European Catholics dating back over a millennium, including accounts of balls of light entering nuns’ cells, “flying houses,” and encounters with small, shiny beings approximately three feet tall.
When colleagues pointed out the striking similarity to modern UFO reports, Pasulka realized she had uncovered historical documentation of the same phenomenon.

Keel documented that contemporary UFO encounters match historical accounts of spiritual manifestations throughout recorded history, suggesting these entities have simply adapted their presentation to contemporary expectations while maintaining the same deceptive agenda.
The research reveals a consistent protection factor: individuals with strong biblical worldviews who understand spiritual warfare principles rarely report abduction experiences.
When such encounters do occur with committed Christians, they typically end immediately when experiencers invoke Christ’s authority.
This pattern suggests that protection from these phenomena may be available through spiritual practices rather than technological defenses.
Castle’s courage in coming forward, despite potential career consequences, demonstrates the importance of examining all evidence about the UFO phenomenon.
His military witness testimony adds credibility to research that mainstream UFO communities often ignore — research suggesting we may be dealing with the same spiritual entities described in ancient religious texts, now disguised as advanced extraterrestrials.
As this evidence continues to mount from multiple independent sources, it challenges fundamental assumptions about what these encounters really represent and offers hope for those seeking protection from these deeply unsettling experiences.

Problem is, each time they produce one nuclear generator, it takes 18 months to be approved. President Trump signed an executive order that removed regulations and provided some funding.

“It set a goal of having a prototype in place by July 4th of 2026. So there are at least two companies that I’ve actually met and toured their facilities that are ramping up to try to achieve that goal.
That doesn’t mean that they will be ready, ready to go with manufacturing them at that time.”
Burlison went on to say: “One of the things is that his bill reduces a lot of their regulation, but still they’re going to have to get these reactors certified or licensed under multiple federal agencies.
And the problem is it takes about 18 months in the shortest timeframe. So what we can’t allow to happen is for that 18 month certification process to apply to every reactor that rolls out of the assembly plant. Does that make sense?”
Burlison went on to say:
“We have to figure out how to certify the product and then once that one product is certified, as long as they’re creating that same product, they shouldn’t have to go back through the process each time.”
