We bakers have been making a concerted effort not to namefag or avatarfag. Just wanted to let you know because you've been gone a few days. We have found that we can recognize one-another well enough due to so few of us continually handing off from one another. An occasional hint might be needed, but not continual name/avatarFagging.

Agreed. It was very bad for a while, and I was guilty of it, too. I tried to do it only when no BV was present to monitor the handoff, but even then I probably did it once or twice for no reason.
