Who the hell came up with this nonsense that law enforcement doesn't have to identify? They're PUBLIC SERVANTS, they MUST IDENTIFY for complaint, lawsuit, or pursuit of charges. That is NOT optional. It is a constitutionally protected right to identify public servants for complaint, lawsuit, and pursuit of charged. Before anyone says it isn't… WRONG. The 9th amendment makes clear a right does NOT have to be enumerated, and the right to ID law enforcement was set in precedent before anyone here was born.
